Terms worth knowing

  • New Plusnet customers only.
  • Plusnet currently offers a £50 Reward Card with Full Fibre 500 and a £75 Reward Card with Full Fibre 900 on a 24-month contract. Both offers end on 19 November 2026 and are subject to availability.
  • Check that your chosen package or basket shows the Reward Card before ordering. Other packages may not include one.
  • Plusnet emails instructions for claiming the Virtual Reward Card within two weeks of your broadband service activating. Claim within 60 days of that email and activate the card within three months of it being issued.
  • If asked for the referrer’s provider as well as the username, choose Plusnet.
  • Checked against Plusnet’s own terms on 2 November 2026.

Plusnet discount codes and referral offers

Is there a Plusnet discount code?

vbks25 is my Plusnet referral username, rather than a discount code. Enter it when asked who recommended you. Eligible new-customer broadband packages include a Reward Card worth up to £75; this is the package’s advertised promotion, not an additional referral bonus.

Does the Plusnet referral code work if I have ordered before?

No. It is for new Plusnet customers only.

What if it doesn’t work?

Please let me know via my contact page and I will check and update this page.
